Effective Date: September 10th 2024

Background: As part of our commitment to maintaining a respectful, safe, and inclusive platform, we are introducing a new feature requiring all users to acknowledge our Code of Conduct.

This will ensure that every member of our community understands and agrees to the behavioral standards expected on our platform.

EverBright employees (GoEverBright users) are NOT required to complete the Code of Conduct within the platform. Everbright employees and Internal organization are excluded from having to do this attestation

 

Starting on September 10th 2024 external Engine users will start noticing a pop up alert when accessing the site.

  • This alert will contain the following message:

  • Once you click “Next” it will prompt you to check the requirements.

All platform users must review the documents attached in this window and then attest to having reviewed the platform documents and adhere to EverBright's rules for use then click on “Next”

  • Next page will required the user to actually Read and manually Scroll down to the bottom and attest by selecting the check box

  • To conclude; there will be a final attestation that the user must check and then “submit” to finally get access to the platform
