Credit Application Status

The following video can be shared with installers/sales representatives asking about credit application status.
Checking Credit Rejection Status

Background: Installers/Sales Reps may contact us to check the credit application status. This will guide you on how to determine the status and next steps.

Step 1: Log In to EverBright

  • Go to the EverBright platform.

  • Enter your login credentials (username and password) to access the EverBright, LLC account


Step 2: Navigate to the "Pipeline" Tab

  • Once logged in, locate the Customer using their First name and Last name or address on the search job field on the main navigation bar.

  • Select the customer from the search results to access their account information.


Step 3: Access the "Qualification Phase"

  • Locate the Everbright product and hover over

  • This section will give you the credit application status (example: Pre-qualification Frozen, declined, approved, no match) It contains details related to the customerā€™s financing and credit application.

Step 4: Check Credit Application Status

  • To get more details, access the ā€œHistoryā€ tab, and review the current status of the customerā€™s application.

  • Common statuses include:

    • Approved

    • Conditionally Approved

    • Frozen

    • No Match

    • Error

    • Declined

    • Ineligible

  • The following chart shows the potential results subsequent to running pre-qualification:


Step 5: Review Application Notes/Comments for Additional Information

  • In some cases, there may be notes related to the credit application. Look for any updates or special instructions provided by our team.

    • These notes can guide you on whether the customer needs to take further action, such as submitting additional documents.


Step 6: Provide the Credit and Title (If Needed)

  • Should the installer or sales representative have additional questions or require further assistance, direct them to Credit and Title phone number support channels, or offer to help with any remaining steps.
