Background: Installer requests a blank Home Improvement Contract (HIC).

Use the following steps to create a blank HIC:

  • Log into Engine

  • Log in as the org thatā€™s related to the request.

  • Click the Settings wheel in the top right corner of the screen.

  • Click the Configuration Settings

  • Click Documents

  • In the search bar, type the document that you are looking for (i.e., installation)

    • Type: Choose the Home Improvement Contract

  • Click Download

    • This will download a generic copy of the contract specific to the org you chose.

  • Delete any pre-populated metrics from the contract.

  • Save a copy and send it to the installer.

Do Not send any contracts that are Everbright specific! Only send the installer specific contracts.
