MyEverBright Early Access Communications
Background:
Homeowners will now be invited to create their MyEverBright account at contract signing. This will allow the homeowner to complete the DWC and follow the progress of their solar project.
There are series of email communications that will go out to the homeowner during the course of the project. These emails are triggered upon completion of:
Contract Signing
The homeowner will receive an email to register their account in MyEverBright:
Once the homeowner successfully creates their MyEverBright account and logs in to the portal, they will be prompted to complete their Digital Welcome Checklist.
Instructions for completing the DWC
M1 Approval
Upon M1 approval, the homeowner will receive an email congratulating them on completing their agreement and providing them with a “Welcome to EverBright” video. The video will give the homeowner an overview of what to expect during the installation process and introduce them to EverBright.

M2 Approval
Upon M2 approval, the homeowner will receive an email congratulating them on installation completion and informing them on the requirement of obtaining PTO from the utility company prior to system activation.
M3 Approval
Upon M3 approval, the homeowner will receive an email notifying them that the system is online and producing energy and providing a brief overview of the billing process:
The homeowner also receives an email from Account Servicing. This email contains the information needed so that the homeowner can register for the Account Servicing portal and access account related information:
Monthly after Account Activation (non-ACH customers)
Any customer that has not registered for ACH will receive a monthly reminder encouraging them to register for AutoPay:
