Archive a support user
Employees of EverBright sometimes leave the company. These employees may have had access to the MyEverBright admin/support part of the portal. This documentation is to outline how to properly archive one of these users.
Prerequisite Steps:
As an admin role user on MyEverBright, log into MyEverBright at myeverbright.com/login
Upon login, update the URL such that you land on myeverbright.com/django_admin/

Click the “Admins” link on the lefthand column
search for the support/admin user that needs to be archived - you can search by first name, last name, email address, and click “search” or press enter on your keyboard.
Once you have found the user, click the box to the left of their user record.
Go to the action dropdown above the search results, and select the “Archive and disable user” option from the dropdown.
Press the “Go” button next to the dropdown. Once you do, the page will refresh and the user will be archived.
After that, you may log out in the upper righthand corner of the page.
