Runtime Error: can't start thread SOP

We see this error every once in a while: https://sentry.io/sighten/production/issues/239791987/

• Review the stack trace and find information about the specific customer (usually there isn't a specific user linked in the Sentry error side panel)
• Was the customer able to download or get the contract out successfully after the error?
• Did other similar errors occur to other customer or was this a one-off?
