Unable to get downstream org

For these types of errors, one should follow this process to resolve:

1. Check JIRA for data fix tickets to see if Dave has performed a data fix to remove the channel manager (CM) login for that given org
2. Check Software Support project to see if requests for CM admin etc. have been followed up with. Take note of the org name.
3. As a last resort, you should check in w/ someone from team rev to see if they've removed the CM admin for that given org
