Background:

The Sustainable Community Network Program is a joint partnership between EverBright, Electriq Power, and municipalities throughout the state of California. The program focuses on single-family homes in low to middle-income communities. The City of Santa Barbara and Ventura are currently signed. All systems will be sold as an EverFix TPO.

Systems:

Avg 7.5 kW systems will be designed. May or may not include storage either 10 or 15 kWh from ESS.

Quoting:

All projects will be sold as TPOs - $.24 kWh rate with a 2.9% escalator.

Contracting:

Normal contracting process for PPAs.

Qualification:

  • Title will be required and should run as normal.

  • Credit will not be required for contracting - it should auto-approve but still pull a FICO score. These applications should NOT have a hard credit component.

Soft credit requirements:

  • The application will be the same as our current soft credit application.
