Blocked Contract

Background: An error message stating ‘Blocked Contract’ is received when saving a Contract.

 

If a homeowner has a signed contract under a different organization, the following error message is displayed when trying to save the contract:

The homeowner will need to email EverBright a request from their email address on file to cancel the other job. This is the only way to move forward with the new contract.

Important: Only the homeowner can make this request. The installer/sales rep is not able to request on behalf of the homeowner.
