Adding Incentives
How to process incentives requests from a customer. Below are the different types of financial requests and how they should be handled.
1. Account SRECs
- Requirements
- Have they provided SRECs in the format we require? See requirements /wiki/spaces/SS/pages/105840651.
- If the requirements have not been met:
- Please send them /wiki/spaces/SS/pages/105840651 and let them know we are happy to add them once the form is returned.
- After verifying the requirements have been fulfilled, the support person can configure the SREC's! See instructions here
- Respond to customer when you have completed the SREC configuration.
2. Other Incentives
- Requirements
- Have they provided the correct information? We need a DSIRE or other link to the Incentive program to make updates. Incentives affect the entire platform so we need to be sure the data is accurate.
- If the requirements have not been met:
- Please send them /wiki/spaces/SS/pages/534282244 and let them know we are happy to add them once the form is returned.
- After verifying the requirements have been fulfilled, please create a CS ticket. Instructions on how to create the ticket here and instructions on the assignee here.
- Place SS ticket in the Workflow status in "Needs Configuration".
- Once the ticket is UAT (you can see ticket status under linked issues) communicate to the customer their request has been fulfilled and close the ticket
