EverBright Financing Product State Rule

Background: Installer receives an error message in the Project Phase that the product is not available in the state where the homeowner resides.

 

It is important to note that although EverBright offers products across the US, installers are NOT allowed to sell in all those states.

 

If the installer is receiving an error message, the agent should check the bell in the Project Phase for error messages.

After clicking on the bell, it will show the reason for the error message.

 

If product financing is not offered in the state where the homeowner resides, the installer should reach out to their Account Manager for enabling a new state in their account.

 

If an agent receives a request from an installer to add a new state to their account:

Hello (installer name),

Thank you for your request. Please reach out to your Account Manager to discuss adding a state to your account. Provide them with copies of your entity status, and any applicable licenses. They will be able to further assist you with your request.

Thank you.

 

DO NOT guarantee the installer that their request will be approved. Their request will be reviewed.
