How to Revert a Project (Engine)

Background: There may be occasions when a sales representative or installer modifies a project during the project phase and needs to revert to the original version. This could occur due to an unintentional change or when a system details update is required, even if “there have been no changes since the initial quote”.

This SOP offers guidance on effectively troubleshooting and restoring the original version.

1	Open the corresponding Job in Engine and Go to the “Project Phase”	Open
2	Make sure that the “Live Project” is selected from the Upper Drop Down Menu	Open
3	Click over the 3 dots next to the Project Then click on “Revert”
4	Finally Click on “Revert Project”
