Manage Time off Requests

How to use manage time off request in Workforce Management.

 

Review, Approve, or Deny a request.

  • Open the WFM Application.

  • Under Request click Manage Request (1). This area is for any activity requests (2). This checkbox is for if you would like to see only pending requests or all requests (3). Select the scheduling units you would like to see (4). This area will show you all the requests, if multiple requests click the blue area of the request you would like to see (5). Agent name of request (6). Activity code, date of request, and time of requested activity code (7). Date and time the request was created (8). Click view in scheduler if you would like to view the schedule for the date the time was requested off (9). Status of request (10). Approve or Decline the request (11).

How to delete an activity code.

  • Open the WFM Application.

  • Click the Schedule Manager button in WFM (1). Select the date of the activity code (2). Search agent’s name (3). Click the activity code (4). If you are deleting multiple days of a time request that was approved select edit shift (5). If you want to remove just 1 activity code for that day select Remove Shift (6).

  • If edit shift is selected to delete multiple days, Select “Delete”
