  • We executed a unilateral release to remove the invalid cosigner.

  • we added an NCCO task in Engine

Once the HO and Installer sign it, the cosigner will be removed automatically. No release needed.

  • If a customer calls in to complain about co-signer issues

  1. Check the “Related Filed” within the customer’s SalesForce account

  • If there is an executed release

    • Explain to the customer that the cosigner has been released from the account and it has been already resolved
