How to Handle an 8760 Model Request
Background: An 8760 model refers to the examination and analysis of energy generation (or load) for every hour across a span of 12 months. In the case of energy generation, the model simulates the output for all 8,760 hours within the specified time frame.
If an agent receives an 8760 request from an installer, the agent should log into Engine:
From the dropdown arrow, click ‘Log In As’
Log in as the Org making the request and as an EverBright Admin.
Go to the job the installer is making the model request for
Go to the job ‘Summary’ by clicking the “I” icon on the right.
Check to see if the job has a battery (Storage) or if projected usage is used.
Click the ‘Download Profiles’ button.
Select the Following Options:
Total Baseline Usage
Total Projected Usage (if projected usage on the usage phase)
Select the desired project.
Total Solar Generation
Storage Charge (if there’s a battery)
Storage Discharge (if there’s a battery)
Storage State of Charge (if there’s a battery)
Total Post Project Usage
Click ‘Download’
