Running Title Manually

Background: Generally, the title runs whenever a quote is made. However, there are instances wherein the title doesn’t go through as expected. This will walk you through the process of running the title manually for a project.

Running Title Manually

Step 1: Log In to the Platform

  • Go to your engine.goeverbright.com``

  • Log in as EverBright, LLC using EverBright Admin


Step 2: Enter the Job Information

  • From the “Search job” tool, locate the job.

  • Begin by entering the name or property address to locate the job.

    • Ensure the name/address is complete and accurate to locate the job properly.


Step 3: Access the Qualification Phase

  • Access the Qualification Phase.


Step 4: Search for Existing Title Information

  • After entering the property information, initiate the title by clicking on the "Action", and then the "Title Run" button.

  • The system will automatically search for available title records associated with the property.


Step 5: Review Search Results

  • EveryBright will pull the title once the title check is complete.

  • Once the title search is complete, review the results to ensure all information is correct.

    • If no issues are detected, proceed to the next step.
