Background: The “Trust & Verify” (T&V) pilot program is designed to trigger payments earlier for installers. Normally, M3 payments are triggered after M3 approval. However, with the T&V program, instead of waiting for M3 approval, the payment is triggered once the installer completes the PTO Letter task.
T&V has been enabled as a pilot program only with Freedom Forever, starting Tuesday night (01/21/2025).
The first T&V payments were processed on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.
If agents receive questions about this program, they can reassure installers that the M3 payment will be triggered earlier due to the Trust and Verify (T&V) program, but only after the PTO Letter task is marked as "READY"
