Usage Phase Enhancements for California Sites

Background: EverBright will be developing some updates to the usage phase that will improve the user experience for sites in California. These changes are designed to make navigating the page simpler and more intuitive.
For California-based sites, the Assistance Program options, Such as (CARE, FERA, and Medical Baselines) will now appear directly underneath the rate schedule selection when applicable.
This means users will have easier access to these programs without having to navigate through different sections
Additionally, we have simplified the overall layout of the page to provide a smoother and more streamlined experience. These changes are aimed at improving usability and helping users find the information they need more efficiently
